It is shocking that in the most powerful country in the world, in the 21st century, there are people walking around that haven’t seen a doctor in years.  As of June 2009 there are 46 million uninsured Americans, according to the US Census Bureau.  18.3 million of the uninsured are under 34 years of age; This is our working class and those in child rearing age. In this country, the people on average work longer days, take less vacations, and pay higher health insurance costs than most other countries in the world.

Identify health problems and provide resources to better health care treatment and health insurance.

  • Improve health outcomes and reduce health disparities in the 30314 community
  • Increase access to quality health care and health management
  • Better access to quality, fresh foods
  • Increased awareness of chronic illnesses, health and wellness
