CHEC Education

When people hear the word education, it immediately makes them think of children and schools. Though the education of children is extremely important, there are a vast number of adults that are illiterate and many of those that did go to school read on an 8th grade level. The reality is that age doesn’t always equate to knowledge or wisdom. CHEC Pro has designed Pay CHEC, an Educational program for adults that will provide social service resources, career counseling, and training, in an effort to educate adults and promote socioeconomic viability in our community.

Pay CHEC- has been providing the following:

• Customer Service Training
• Employment counseling/Mentoring
• Internship- (undergrad/graduate degree pursuant can complete community service hours)
• Summer Youth Employment Site-(youth ages 18-24 participate in activities geared toward academic enrichment while gaining work experience)
